By accessing or using Peeplynx ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Your continued use constitutes a legally binding agreement under applicable Indian laws.

You may use the Platform only if you:

• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Use the Platform for legitimate business or operational purposes

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
• Use the Platform responsibly and lawfully

You are fully accountable for all activities under your account.

Account creation requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Peeplynx may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may use the Platform only for intended business purposes.

You must not:

• Access systems or data without authorization
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the Platform
• Extract or scrape data without permission
• Introduce malicious code or disrupt services

Peeplynx may include AI-powered features.

These are:

• Assistive in nature
• Not guaranteed to be accurate or complete

You are solely responsible for validating outputs and decisions.

The Platform may integrate with third-party tools.

Peeplynx:

• Does not control these services
• Is not responsible for their performance or policies

You must review and comply with their terms independently.

All Platform rights, including software, branding, and content, are owned by PIT Solutions Limited.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under applicable intellectual property laws in India.

Peeplynx may:

• Modify features or functionality
• Update system behavior or AI capabilities
• Suspend or discontinue services

These changes may occur without prior notice.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

To the extent permitted under Indian law:

• No warranties are provided
• Peeplynx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Peeplynx is not liable for data loss or business interruption
• Peeplynx is not liable for decisions based on Platform outputs

If a separate agreement (such as an MSA) exists between you and PIT Solutions Limited, that agreement will take precedence in case of conflict.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Peeplynx may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
